Pedestrians and bicycles are prohibited from the beltline. That's what the asphalt path is for. Too bad because the beltline would be a great bike commute route for people in the North End, much safer than North Ave.
Not really. I don't want bikers on the beltline. They would not be safer than they are on North Ave.I'd like to see the cops start ticketing bikers more often actually. They pull a lot of unsafe shit.
