Take two thick slices of Noonie's day old bread, smear Honey Cup honey mustard
liberally over both. Cover both slices with green leaf lettuce. Then on one slice only lay smoked turkey on the lettuce,
a tomato slice on the turkey and sprinkle it with shredded carrot. Then on the lay a slice of provolone cheese over the
carrot then a green pepper ring on top of the cheese. Sprikle with sprouts. Cover with the other slice, lettuce side down.
The letuce should be stuck to the bread with honey mustard so it doesn't fall off when you turn it upside down to cover the
sandwich. Slice sandwich in half with a knife. Wrap in tightly in plastic wrap. Use too much wrap. Tape on label. Tadaaa!
Weighs one pound. Costs Four Bucks.

Letter from Kevin Ryan
Sunday, February 11, 2007
Reprinted with Kevin's permission (I’ll be happy to print a rebuttle from anyone who disagrees with Kevin):
"Haik,
Here's the "minutes" Owen compiled from the "Greens" meeting Sunday. My favorite part is the math. The list of those attending show 11 people. Subtract Hill, who lives in Montpellier, that's 10. Subtract Joan, Patrick and Ion, who are not Green Committee members, that's 7. Subtract me, that's 6. Subtract Jim Glade, who did not vote, that's 5.
Now, look at the list of those people whom "all voting members" elected to join the Green Committee. Rene, Jeanne, Jay and Frank. That's 4. Subtract 4 to get the number of "voting members", you get 1, Owen. Since Owen is not a Green Committee member, having resigned long ago, that would be 0 voting members. I doubt zero members is a valid quorum.
This means that by Owen's admission, this meeting had no valid members of the Burlington Green City Committee voting. This meeting, and any actions taken a this meeting, have no validity, prima facie or otherwise. Rene and Owen are perpetrating a fraud. Rene's candidacy is not endorsed by the City Chairman of the Greens, Owen is not the City Chair, Interim or otherwise, and unfortunately, you have been mislead.
Just a note: My letter really only tells half the story. To put it in context, its important to know who the people at the meeting are. The actual minutes list those individuals and show that the people who voted were the same as those elected to the "Green Committee".
Why am I, a committed Republican at the Green meeting anyway? Because they've asked me in the past to help make things fair, both at other meetings and with the group Safe Water Advocates of Burlington. I love all the parties, every day of the year, except Election Day.
Thanks- I almost posted those minutes that were in your email, but then I thought- What if Owen and those guys consider the minutes proprietary? I'd Better not.
If you want to post them as a comment feel free. Then if someone complains, I can delete the comment. That way I won't be committing the offense myself.
Glad you're in town stirring things up for us Kevin. Thanks for reading BurlingtonPol. Visit often!
Owen sent me a link to this new headline from his website:
"Last Sunday at the regular Green Party meeting Republican Kevin Ryan was escorted out of the Fletcher Free library meeting room to a round of applause by Green Party members. Ryan attempted to disrupt the meeting as a GOP infiltrator but was stopped in his tracks. Thank you to all Green Party members for coming together to stop Ryan's antics!"
The applause, of course, came from faux "greens" Owen Mulligan, Jay Vos, Craig Hill, Renee Kaczka, Jeanne Kaczka and Frank Haddleton. In fact, the actual Greens are applauding my attendance.
Here's a statement from Librarian Ruth Murphy---
"At no time did I tell him he had to leave the meeting. At no time did I nor anyone else I heard tell him that he had to leave the library. I told him that the library had nothing to do with the meeting, and perhaps that the meeting should be held elsewhere."
Anyone interested may check with the Library to verify this infromation.
Far from shedding light, Kevin as usual obscures his own role in the pathology of his "reporting".
Ruth Murphy, the librarian who asked him why he was at the Green meeting when he was not a Green, told him he was not desired at the Green meeting, by the unanimous vote of the Greens, and preceeded him out the door on his own guilty volition.
The Bush-Cheney supporter then spent the better part of the next hour pleading his case with the staff, including insisting that one of them told him they had the right to remove him from the library itself. According to Ruth Murphy, this was quote "invented" unquote by Kevin to lay groundwork for a legal complaint he intimated he might file against the staff and/or the library unless he got his way, which he did not.
The revealing assertion in Ruth's statement, "At no time did I nor anyone else I heard tell him that he had to leave the library" was written by her to forestall Kevin's assertion any of them did, and nip his complaint in its fabricated bud before he could make complete his malicious day at the library.
